- EKKO offers DOOR-TO-DOOR Free of Charge Delivery in Sri Lanka for all orders above Rs.5000 for items listed on www.ekko.style
- Delivery within 3 to 5 business days within Colombo.
- Delivery within 4 to 7 business days out of Colombo.
- If you require express shipping, please contact our sales team before placing your order - charges apply for express shipping.
- In-store collection available within 1 to 7 business days.
- Orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Tracking – SRI LANKA
We work with a professional third party delivery service provider. Each order has its unique tracking ID based on which the customers can track the orders, it includes the Current Status of the order, Destination Hub, Name of the Delivery Agent who delivers the order & his phone number etc. You may directly contact the delivery agent for any alterations of the delivery time or place. EKKO offers DOOR-TO-DOOR Delivery in India for all the items listed at www.ekko.style inclusive of Indian customs duty.
Delivery Time Duration – INDIA
All orders are confirmed, packed & dispatched for delivery within one (1) working day. All deliveries are made typically within six (6) working days from the time of dispatch.

Online Exchange Policy
Within Sri Lanka
• You have 7 days from the shipping date to exchange your EKKO Online purchase.• If a garment has any defects/damages an exchange will be placed free of charge and in the case a garment cannot be exchanged, you are able to select a new garment of the same value or opt for a refund.
• Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Remember…
• You can’t make more than one exchange requests at the same time for the same order.
• Online purchases cannot be exchanged at our physical outlets.
Reimbursement
• The refund will be made via bank transfer/deposit to your account provided.
• You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed.
