Within the United States
• You have 7 days from the shipping date to issue an exchange or return for your purchase.• You can exchange your item’s sizes or colors.
• Additional charges will apply for shipping returns & exchanges, or you can exchange/return the items at our stores.
• If a product has any defects/damages an exchange will be placed free of charge and in the case a product cannot be exchanged, you are able to select a new product of the same value or opt for a refund.
• Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Remember…
• You can’t make more than one exchange requests at the same time for the same order.
Reimbursement
• The refund will be made via bank transfer/deposit to your account provided.
• You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed.
