Within the United States
• All returns or exchanges must be accompanied with the original sales receipt or order confirmation for online orders.• You have 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase to issue an exchange or return.
• You can exchange your item’s sizes or colors.
• Additional charges will apply for shipping returns & exchanges, or you can exchange/return the items at our stores.
• If a product has any defects/damages an exchange will be placed free of charge and in the case a product cannot be exchanged, you are able to select a new product of the same value or opt for a refund.
• Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Remember…
• You can’t make more than one exchange requests at the same time for the same order.
Reimbursement
• The refund will be made via bank transfer/deposit to your account provided.
• You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed.
• If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process or contact our hotline for further queries: +94 778 633533 or send an email with your order number to sales@ekko.style
