How do I place an order?

1. Browse through the EKKO website and add products to cart.
2. Click on Shopping Cart to see all products selected.
3. Proceed to checkout.
4. Enter your details as requested - delivery address, contact number etc.
5. Select your preferred delivery method.
6. Select your preferred payment method.
7. Double check your order.
8. Place order.

I have placed my order. What’s next?

Once your order has been placed, your invoice will be emailed to you and you will receive another email with your tracking number once the order is handed over to our delivery partner. We work with a professional third party delivery service provider. Each order has its unique tracking ID based on which the customers can track the orders, it includes the Current Status of the order, Destination Hub, Name of the Delivery Agent who delivers the order & his phone number etc. You may directly contact the delivery agent for any alterations of the delivery time or place. All orders will be provided with an WAYBILL NUMBER to track the status at www.aramex.com
