How do I place an order?

1. Browse through the EKKO website and add products to cart
2. Click on Shopping Cart to see all products selected
3. Proceed to checkout
4. Enter your details as requested - shipping address, contact number etc.
5. Select your preferred shipping method
6. Select your preferred payment method
7. Double check your order
8. Place order

I have placed my order. What’s next?

Once your order has been placed, your purchase invoice will be emailed to you. Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive another email with your tracking number. We generally ship our orders through UPS courier. Each order has its unique tracking ID which you can use track your orders on the UPS website. It includes the current status of your order, delivery address and the expected delivery date. You may directly contact the shipping agent for any alterations of the delivery time or place. All orders will be provided with an WAYBILL NUMBER to track the status.
