Within Sri Lanka
• You have 7 days from the shipping date to exchange your EKKO Online purchase.• If a garment has any defects/damages an exchange will be placed free of charge and in the case a garment cannot be exchanged, you are able to select a new garment of the same value or opt for a refund.
• Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Remember…
• You can’t make more than one exchange requests at the same time for the same order.
• Online purchases cannot be exchanged at our physical outlets.
Reimbursement
• The refund will be made via bank transfer/deposit to your account provided.
• You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed.
